All-Time Online Money List leader 'Lena900' picked up another Monthly PLB title in Feburary.

For the tenth time in his storied career, Sweden’s ‘Lena900’ has captured a PocketFives Monthly PLB award.

‘Lena900’, the current #1-ranked player in the world, continues to make the case for being named the greatest online poker player of all time. This time he secured the Monthly PLB title for February after posting 120 cashes which resulted in over $486,000 in earnings.

A regular grinder in the biggest stakes MTTs offered, ‘Lena900’ boasted 15 five-figure cashes in the month with 10 outright wins. His spotlight score of the month came in Event 89 of the PokerStars Bounty Builder Series ($5,200 NLHE 8-Max High Roller) where he finished as the runner-up booking a $65,634 score plus 391.71 PLB points. He also picked up heaps of PLB points by taking down Event 53 of the same series, outlasting the 183 entries of the $2,100 NLHE 8-Max Thursday Thrill for $32,235 and 427.78 PLB points.

In the second half of the month, he picked up large scores playing on partypoker as well. He took down the February 23 edition of the KO Super Sunday 6-Max PLO for $41,928. Two days later he finished in first again on partypoker by winning the High Roller Master $50K for another $20,475.

Although ’Lena900’ only had seven PLB-qualifying cashes, they were all such significant scores that it allowed him to win the month by 220 points with a total of 3,194.

Not only is ‘Lena900’ the top-ranked player in the world, he is also the current leader of the All-Time Online Money List having just surpassed $18.6 million in earnings.

Juanki ‘B4NKR0LL3R’ Vecino (2974 PLB points) nearly caught up with ‘Lena900’ in February thanks to a resume-topping victory in the PokerStars $109 Sunday Million on February 2.

Vecino outlasted the 9,851 entries in one of the most prestigious tournaments on the weekly schedule to earn himself his first six-figure score of $105,729 as well as an even 1000.00 PLB points. He used that massive boost to his bankroll to grind the rest of the month, posting 118 cashes and earning a total of $209,294.

His heater continues the next day when he finished as the runner-up in the PokerStars $215 Monday 6-Max for another $11,863 and 204.20 PLB points. Then, just two weeks later, Vecino picked up the fifth-largest cash of his career by taking down Event 177 of the PokerStars Bounty Builder Series ($2,100 NLHE) for $41,250, capping off a career-month for the UK grinder.

His February success helped him climb to more than $1.5 million in total career earnings and hit a career-high ranking of #20 in the world.

The current #2-ranked player in the world Johannes ‘Greenstone25’ Korsar (2,905 PLB points) finished in third place in the February PLB race in a month where he added more than $325,000 to his over $14 million in career earnings.

Of his 118 cashes, 46 were good for four-figures or more with nine of those being for five-figures. He racked up big-time PLB points with a pair of victories in the partypoker KO Series. First, he took down Event 23 ($100K High Roller) on February 6 for $20,389 plus 324.92 PLB points. Then just days later on February 11 he picked up the gold medal in Event 44 for a monthly high cash of $41,376 and 459.51.

partypoker ambassador Patrick ‘pleno1’ Leonard (2,639 PLB points) finished in fourth place. The current #10-ranked player in the world picked up a partypoker KO Series title of his own by taking down Event 48 High Roller on February 12 for $24,117 and 336.54.

He also had a big day on February 23 when he binked back-to-back five-figure cashes. The first came in a runner-up finish in the PokerStars Bigger $109 for $13,330 and at the same time, he has a final table finish in the PokerStars High Roller Club $1,050 Sunday Warm-up for another $10,852.

Finishing in fifth for February was another partypoker ambassador, Anatoly ‘nl_profit’ Filatov (2,398 PLB points). Filatov had an impressive 18 PLB-qualified cashes including a victory in the February 10 edition of the partypoker High Roller Bounty Hunter for $5,816 and 277.96 PLB points.

Filatov finished the month with 13 podium appearances and six five-figure cashes highlighted by his victory in the February 16 edition of the PokerStars High Roller Club $2,100 Sunday High Roller for $37,966.
