'Gyea0' took home the first-ever Pennsylvania Championship of Online Poker Main Event title on Monday.

That’s a wrap, Pennsylvania. The inaugural Pennsylvania Championship of Online Poker is officially done and dusted. Late Tuesday night, ‘Gyea08‘ beat out the final 75 players who made Day 2 of the PACOOP Main Event to pick up a record-setting cash.

That win was actually one of three events that brought the 50-tournament PACOOP to a close on Tuesday.

‘Gyea08’ Wins PACOOP Main Event

Day 2 of the $300 buy-in Main Event began with 75 players still in the hunt for Main Event title.

As the night drew to a close, ‘Gyea08’ beat ‘lilholdem952‘ heads-up to win the PACOOP Main Event for $31,335.64, the highest single MTT score in PokerStars PA history. For finishing as the runner-up, ‘lilholdem952’ banked $22,968.70. Third place finisher ‘Clementine101‘ had to settle for $16,835.98.

‘I.Ogimura‘, who started Day 2 as the chip leader, was eliminated on the final table bubble in 10th place.

‘andurltldog2’ Denies ‘NicoHughes’ Second Win

‘NicoHughes‘ had already won a PACOOP title and posted a runner-up finish and found himself heads-up against ‘andurltldog2’ with a guarantee of doing one of those two things again in PACOOP Event #49 ($100 Nightly Stars SE PACOOP Wrap-Up). Unfortunately for the New Jersey Devils fan, he was once again forced to settle for bridesmaid status as ‘andurltldog2‘ beat him to take home the title and $6,788.06.

‘NicoHughes’ ended up with a $4,989.28 exclamation point on his own PACOOP performance. Third-place went to ‘TheChipKelly‘ for $3,667.30.

Second Time Just as Sweet for ‘fubadbeatbob’

When the final event on the schedule finished, ‘fubadbeatbob‘ joined the rare group of players who took home two PACOOP titles over the past 17 after their victory in PACOOP Event #50 ($100 Six Max No Limit Hold’em Deep). ‘fubadbeatbob’ took home $3,484.05 for the win while ‘chris412pitts‘ eanred $2,527.33 as the next-best finisher.

Bronze medal finisher ‘AshyL4rry22‘ banked $1,833.42.
