The book is available for pre-order on my site at nolimitbook.com and we should be shipping the printed version before the end of September. It will be available for Kindle on Amazon at some point, probably a few months away, and availability through places like Conjelco and Amazon is coming soon as well. The only guarantee right now is to get it through the site.
